C81 and EL71 (Source: www.benq-siemens.com)

I thought it’s time to replace my old handy, what doesn’t have a camera, MMS, bluetooth and all the other gadgets of the other handy what are currently sold in the handy stores. The main reason is the dieing battery and the not existant camera. I know the quality of photos made by a handy camera is far away from photos made by a digital camera. But I’ve a need to make snapshots from little situations where the quality of photos doesn’t realy matter.

After getting an overview of current technology and handy series I found one by BenQ-Siemens fitting my needs most. It’s the EL71. After reading all about this one at siemensinfo.de I definitly selected the EL71 as my next handy.

I wanted to know more about my new handy at the BenQ-Siemens homepage and read that the are looking for handy tester for the C81. Why shouldn’t I apply for tester of the new C81? I filled the form and wrote why I’m the right person to test it. It seems that I was quite convincing. I didn’t calculate to be selected as tester but after some days my girlfriend read my E-Mails and told about my selection. I was asking myself why she’s reading my E-Mails. But that’s another story .
